As checked September 7, 2026, the Nassau County Clerk’s official schedule lists $315 for a mechanic’s lien and $5 for the affidavit of service. Additional block fees can apply; the schedule specifies $300 per block after the first. Confirm the complete fee for the particular documents and property before filing.
Amendments, satisfactions, litigation filings and payment processing may involve separate charges. A historical comparison with another county is not a reliable guide to today’s total.
Before submitting, verify the owner, property description, lienable balance, filing period and service plan. Keep the clerk’s receipt and filed copies, and calendar enforcement separately from the initial recording deadline.
